  • 4 burgers

  • quarter teaspoon of spicy curry

Preparation:

In a pan, put some extra virgin olive oil and cook the burgers over medium heat. Once they are browned on both sides, add the finely sliced onion and mix well. Continue to cook over medium heat, without browning the onion, for about 3 minutes, until translucent.

Next, add the white wine, salt, pepper and spicy curry. Stir the ingredients well to combine them and cover the pan with a lid. Reduce the heat to low and let the burgers cook for another 5 minutes, turning them occasionally to make sure they cook evenly.
