  • 400 gr peeled tomatoes
  • a red pepper
  • a glass of red wine
  • half onion
  • a clove of garlic
  • one or two peppers
  • extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:

To prepare these tasty Spaghetti with Peppers and Tomato Sauce, there are some important steps that you need to follow carefully to get an excellent result.

First of all, it is essential to blend half the pepper, the garlic, the chillies, half the peeled tomatoes and the red wine together, until a homogeneous and fragrant sauce is created. This sauce will then be used to flavor the pasta and make it even tastier.

Next, it is necessary to prepare a sauté with the chopped onion in a pan, and then add the remaining peeled tomatoes and the pureed pepper sauce. Season with salt and leave to simmer for about 20 minutes, so that the flavors merge and a delicious harmony of tastes is created.

In the meantime, bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook some Spaghetti or the desired pasta following the instructions on the package. When the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the prepared pepper sauce, stirring gently to distribute the sauce evenly over the tortiglioni.
