Ingredients for 8 people:
- 2 grips ready
- 100 g. of sliced raw ham
- 50 g. of asparagus
- a mozzarella
- extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:
First of all, preheat the oven to a searing 220 degrees Celsius, to make sure it’s piping hot and ready to bake your delicious Prosciutto and Asparagus Pinsa. Carefully place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet to ensure even cooking and trouble-free cleanup afterward.
Once you fix the pinsa and let the oven do its magic and transform it into a crunchy goodness. When it is golden and fragrant, it will finally be time to add the ingredients that will make your ham and asparagus pinsa a mix of unique flavours. In the meantime, finely chop the mozzarella to distribute over the pinsa.
