  • 200 g. of broad leaf spinach
  • 100 g. of raw ham
  • 250 g. of soft cheese
  • 20 tender basil leaves
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation:

For a quick, delicious and very appetizing appetizer, I suggest you prepare these irresistible spinach rolls stuffed with ham and soft cheese.

To start, create a tasty dough by mixing the soft cheese, minced raw ham, basil, salt and pepper.

Take a raw leaf of spinach and insert a ball of dough inside, roll it up and close it all with a toothpick to prevent it from opening during cooking.

Repeat the operation with all the spinach leaves, using all the ingredients available.

Take a tray and place a sheet of parchment paper on it. Arrange the stuffed spinach rolls on the baking paper and close them with another sheet of baking paper to create a steam-saturated wrapper.

Bake in the oven previously heated to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Once ready, let the rolls cool and enjoy them cold.

To accompany this delicacy, I recommend serving a cheerful and sparkling white wine, such as a good Vermentino from Sardinia or a Prosecco Veneto, which will complete these snacks in an unforgettable way.
