Ingredients for 4 people:

Let’s start immediately with the sauce: first clean the antennae and legs from the shrimp by removing them with kitchen scissors. Remember not to wash the prawns in fresh water otherwise they will blacken. Then proceed to fry the cleaned prawns with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and 3 chopped chillies. If you don’t have fresh shrimp, don’t despair, frozen ones, even already peeled, will do just fine! Add the finely minced garlic and then blend everything with the wine to prevent the garlic from burning. Add the peeled or fresh tomatoes cut into small pieces and season with salt. Cook everything over low heat for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon and you will see which fragrances will be released into the air.

Now we just have to cook the spaghetti or linguine al dente, drain them and mix them on a large serving dish with the sauce.
