Potato gnocchi with gorgonzola recipe
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g. by potato gnocchi
- 60 g. of gorgonzola
- 50 g. of cream
- two peeled tomatoes
- half dried tomato
- 20 g. of butter
- 10 g. of extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation:

Be sure to finely chop the dried tomatoes and peeled tomatoes. Then in a large pan, prepare a delicious sauce using all the ingredients. First, put the butter over a low heat, add the extra virgin olive oil and fry the peeled tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes for about 5 minutes. Add the cream and gorgonzola and season with salt and pepper, mix for a minute until you get a thick and creamy sauce.
In the meantime, cook the potato gnocchi in a saucepan with plenty of salted water until they float to the surface. Subsequently, drain them using a slotted spoon and season them by sautéing them in the pan with the previously prepared sauce.
