To make delicious Soy Sauce Chicken, you need to carefully follow a few simple steps. To start, get a chicken breast and cut it into small uniform pieces. Once you’ve sliced them, flour them thoroughly, making sure to completely cover each piece of chicken.

Next, take a non-stick pan and add four tablespoons of oil, then turn on the heat and let it heat over high heat. When the oil is hot, place the floured chicken pieces in the pan and let them brown on both sides, making sure they are fully cooked through.

Once the chicken is browned, add two tablespoons of soy sauce to the pan and stir the bites well to absorb the sauce. Turn off the flame and leave the chicken to rest for a few minutes, so that the sauce is flavored.
